Postdoc in Sensory Science and Consumer Behaviour

The position as Postdoc in sensory science and consumer behaviour is in relation to the EU-funded projects HortiFoodTrends and and HealthFerm. The tasks for the imcumbent centers around planning and execution of a food consumption behavioral experiment (HealthFerm) and a survey of consumer behaviour in relation to berry consumption (HortiFoodTrends). The candidate needs to have documented qualifications with both types of research activities.

The postdoc’s duties will include research within sensory science and consumer behavior as well as a limited amount of teaching. The position may also include performance of other duties.

The position is open from 15 August 2025 or as soon as possible thereafter. The position is time limited and will terminate 31 March 2026. The weekly number of work hours is 33.

Terms of employment

The position is covered by the Memorandum on Job Structure for Academic Staff.

Terms of appointment and payment accord to the agreement between the Ministry of Finance and The Danish Confederation of Professional Associations on Academics in the State.

Negotiation for salary supplement is possible.
